  • Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Marcom, or a related field
  • At least 4 years experience as a Public Relations, Partnership, and KOL marketing
  • Deep knowledge in social media strategy and social media content development
  • Has a wide connection with influencers is a must
  • Experiences with social media tools, Google Analytics and related tools
  • Proficient in MS Office and social media
  • Good looking with strong communication and presentation ability
  • Required skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, Presentation skills, Initiative, Ability to prioritize and plan effectively, Awareness of different media agendas, Creativity
  • Required language: Mandarin, English

Job Description:

  • Planning publicity strategies and campaigns
  • Responsible for managing the performance of social media channels and also collaborating with external parties (e.g. influencers, etc.)
  • Ideate and manage social media & influencer marketing campaign
  • Working closely with all other marketing functions to ensure the social media strategy is on track and well-executed, including activation, promotional strategies
  • Engaging with users or relevant parties, responding to queries in a timely manner and monitoring customer reviews
  • Brainstorm and help execute growth hacks to steamroll branding campaigns
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Identify kind of strategies to improve the social media platforms in order to improve the conversion rate in buying the products and also achievements
  • Establish and maintain relationships with influencers and media to spread word of mouth adoption, PR buzz and drive transactions
  • Monitor competitor’s social media & influencer activities
  • Evaluate social media & influencer marketing campaigns and maintain monthly reports
